Sanjay is a quick thinker with an amazing reflex. After graduating form college he was keenly involved with Mr.A. K Agarwal in establishing the DRSIS at Hyderabad.
He is the chief architect for introducing many innovate strategies in Accounting and recovery system on an all India basis for successfully generating receivables on. He is a master in cash flow management and recovery. For Sanjay credit control is child's play as he has undergone advanced education on cost control and accounting systems which he has implemented at DRS. His advice to staff ----- we all have dreams. But in order to make dreams into reality, it takes an awful lot of determination, dedication, self-discipline and effort. Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishments towards organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results.

Shri.Dinesh is a silent performer. He is by nature a reserved person. He believes in performance without publicity. He is good at demonstrating respect with simple, yet powerful actions. He often encourage staff to express opinions and ideas.
